“This apartment is very cute and clean. The bed was comfy too! The animals were a hit with me and the main reason I booked it! They are up close and personal and so cute! "Buddy" the puppy was there to welcome us and see us off. What a sweet baby. The horses were very friendly as well. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!”

“Walking distance to down town Glen Rose. Only 8 miles to Fossil Rim. Short drive to Dinosaur Valley State Park. The cabin was small in size but very comfortable and cute. Exactly what we needed for the weekend.”

“We arrived late in the evening, and settled in. The room is actually a mother-in-law suite connected like a duplex to a beautiful cottage/home. The online pictures do not do it justice! It’s quaint, welcoming, cozy, very clean and well supplied. If I could add anything I would just add a regular coffee maker vs. the over-pour. There are many things to do, and this place is just behind the main square. You can all to everything downtown from here. It was perfect for us. We will return.”

“The livestock tour was the highlight for us - spotted a brand new kid beside it's mama in the tribe of goats before our guide did. The hosts were great and farm fresh eggs were available with breakfast.”

“Very cozy with nice grounds. There are no TV's in the rooms, which we did not mind but may not be right for everyone. The bed did not have a very good mattress, so if you have a bad back the more predictable mattresses of a hotel chain may be better.”

“Overall a nice stay. Stan was around the property each day, and was most pleasant to talk with. He brought us a dozen fresh eggs, which we enjoyed immensely! The cabin had a nice view of his large garden and a windmill, but was quite a bit more rustic than we had anticipated. We had not seen a picture of the bathroom on the booking site, and it was very small. The overhead fan did not work. Thankfully we had brought a portable fan, which was necessary to clear the humidity from the bathroom.……

“My colleagues and I (three adults) stayed one night as were in Glen Rose for business. The location is remote but not too far from Glen Rose or activities in the area. It’s a nice unit with basic amenities for a quick stay. We would stay again if we planned another trip to the area. The only negative was the proximity of the unit to the dog run for the residence. There were two dogs barking late into the night. Nothing that was too obtrusive but anyone who is a light sleeper may have a hard……
