"This was just a one-night stay, but the room we had on the first floor was subpar. The bathroom tub was all chipped up and gross. The bed was good, but overall, I just had a feeling that this level was not kept up to the extent of the upper floors. I usually stay at Holiday Inn because I can count on the cleanliness and professionalism of this establishment to be consistent. This one was not."
