“Clean room”

“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.”

“411房间地毯有一股浓浓的霉臭味！幸好我带了花露水，否则难以入眠！202房窗外就是一部室外空调主机，嗡嗡作响，晕了😵‍💫！”

“The first room had no working AC so we were moved to another room. The second room wasn’t much better but the AC worked. The jets were missing in the jetted tub. There was a roach on the ceiling. However the staff was very kind. ”

“I was impressed with the cleanliness and all the extra amenities in the family two room with a kitchenette! Met Robert maintenance guy Saturday morning before we checked out very personable and represented your company very well!”

“The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool was a little small and towels were always out of stock. Overall the stay was good and would stay again when in the area.”

“In the center of Williamsburgs activities- outlets and more. Nicely maintained b property. Spacious rooms and very clean. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was good, although we got caught up with a large bus of students, so most of the food-eggs, yogurt, bread were gone by 8:40. Staff was helpful although I'm NOT a fan of wearing ear buds when servicing customers - (check in & out), (I'm a teacher and this irks me since you never know if they are fully attentive). Overall, a pleasant experience……
