“Awesome views!! I took a girl trip with 3 of my girlfriends and this was the perfect place! Beds were very comfortable. The on site restaurant was good. Everyone is very friendly! And the owner has been wonderful to work with throughout our stay and very responsive. Highly recommend! One tip I can give is to either rent a car or bring cash to pay for cabs and for tipping. You have to drive everywhere, and cabs charge per person. We found 1 cab driver that picked us up and took us everywhere.……

“The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. “Excellent. Self Check in worked well. The resort is not fancy, but it is beautifully situated on the water, and our unit had a fabulous view. The sliding glass window out to the balcony made for lovely views, even from the bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed, and there were beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment, noodles and other beach items available. We especially loved walking down to the "Secret Beach," just steps from our unit. The Sand and Sea restaurant is a perfect……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. There were iguanas in the trees outside the back deck. A perfect island……

“Property was clean and lovely! Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. This is our third time at Point Pleasant but first time staying in a lower unit. View from this room is absolutely amazing! AC kept the whole room cool. Only tip I could have for the owner would be that the drapes don’t fully cover the door near the bed, so just for privacy that would be good ;-). I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay.”
