“Our stay was exactly okay. We found the outside property to be beautiful and well groomed. Understanding that the building itself is historic, the property was not as welcoming for a family member using a walker in the reserved room. Overall the property served the purpose but was not our cup of tea.”

“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”

“This charming hotel is beautifully updated and kept. It’s got a great location, too, above the Colorado River, near great restaurants and shops.”

“Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. When I booked on Expedia, it was marked as including breakfast, but later I……

“The property was clean and close to Walmart and places to eat. The breakfast was lame. We stayed 2 days for hiking. We were so looking forward to using the pool and hot tub but they were out of service. When you pick a hotel for the hot tub and it’s not available ? Major let down.”

“Whilst we realised the property was fully booked, being Memorial weekend, our room on the ground floor looked out onto a closely planted fir tree. The wash basin barely reached a temperature to wash hands in so, shaving was not an option. Being busy, the breakfast area could not cope with the number of people trying to use the facility, this resulted in some eating in the outside area. The breakfast itself would have been adequate but each item ran out very quickly and one of the toasters did……
