“Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can……

“The staff were friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. The room was spacious, clean, and above all, we had a wonderful view of Lake Como from each room. The hotel’s interior design and decorative details were charming and sophisticated. We also greatly enjoyed the delicious breakfast.It was just a one-night stay, but they truly made our visit to Lake Como exceptional. I have to say, it was absolutely perfect !……

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“Class act. This is a top notch resort in every sense of word. ”

“There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant……

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”
