“This hotel is just a few years old, and it has been well maintained, it still looks brand new. The staff are really friendly & helpful, and the hotel is quite clean. We would definitely stay again if in the area.”

“The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hairs on the bed and there was red, dried blood in the bathroom. I noticed a long, brown, what looked to be partially cleaned blood dripping down the wall near the toilet paper holder. I followed it down the wall and then noticed an UNCLEANED blood streak down the wall further down near the floor. There was also droplets of the blood on the floor, and there seemed to be blood staining on the shower curtain and one of the towels. Very disappointed……

“I got a room that is full of the smell of cigarette, the first day, I can't not sleep at all, at last I slept in my car. The second day, I switched a room.”

“Front desk lady ( Mexican,Latino, Spanish) was very rude!!! Property is dirty and unkempt. Room was run down, floors and carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet paper was cheap, had to use a whole roll in one day and when you asked for more toilet paper, staff act like they didn’t want to give you any. Pool conditions were terrible as well, hot tub looked like it was used as a toilet. During checkout, same front desk lady was rude and displayed terrible customer service. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Our room was comfortable. Great breakfast ”

“Clean room”

“The breakfast bar had only 1 piece of fruit in each of the three baskets. There were only mini breakfast sandwiches in the warming trays. Our room needed a better cleaning on the mirror and television screen. The door was very hard to open from outside and inside the room. I would think this would be a potential issue in a fire.”

“Could have mixed the selection up better. Had the same things for the hot food every day.”

“The room was nice however we had issues with the shower/tub as the water would not drain properly. Water would be stand still for a good couple of minutes before draining. Other wise than that we had no issues. ”
