“The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were all great and worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of from check in to check out. We both agreed the bar seems a bit understaffed and it took a while to get served, but it wasn't because the bartender was slow or ill equipped for the task, it was that she was covering the bar, the restaurant and the guest sitting in the bar area. The restaurant wait staff and hostess were very friendly and work hard to accommodate us even though……

“The room and property were clean. Our room had two double beds, was spacious, and had cute,, funky decor. It's a "no frills" room but did have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Keurig was in the hallway for all guests on the floor to share, but there were plenty of pods and condiments. There is no front desk. We were given a door code for check in that activated without a problem at 4 pm. The hotel is in a great area, literally steps from Bacchus Restaurant and Bar, a new brewery next……

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“I didn't like this casino. Hotel is was SO OUTDATED. DIRTY. Couldn't even use the pool or hot tub so dirty!! Casino very outdated machines. Terrible payout, will not recommend Silver slipper casino hotel to anyone!!!”

“So beautiful the amenities were good. The only place that I really have is that the mattresses will way too far for what we pay for the room. He would think with a nice room like that you want people to sleep well.”

“Facilities were good but needs a good cleaning and painting. Our room was clean and nice. Only issue was screaming kids and babies with yelling adults at the kids. I don’t think young kids should be allowed at a casino. This is not a family place in my opinion.”
