“The staff was excellent!! The hotel was very nice and clean. It has a nice vibe, and the room was faultless. Seriously, (maybe TMI) it was the first hotel we’ve stayed at in the last nine months that had the toilet seat properly attached. Nothing like a wiggly seat to make you wide awake in the middle of the night trying to stay on! Thank you for not doing that Hyatt Place! We have already booked another stay and we’ll use this hotel for all of our travels to the front range/Denver area. Love……

“The room was nice and clean the stuff for courteous and some were very nice breakfast though that needs some work they were short staffed the pancake maker kept clogging up and there were always running out of something and then I got stale milk which made me sick and the pool smelled like dirty feet but it was really nice the hot tub was the right temperature nice and hot and the pool was nice and warm”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……
