“In spite of strong winds for half of our 11 day stay that prevented us from enjoying the beach as much as we would have liked, the ocean view was fantastic. The house is cozy retaining its original character, but has a modernized, well equipped kitchen with high end appliances, and updated baths. “The property was as advertised and was correctly rated by previous guests. The owner was very communicative before our stay. The unit was very clean. The kitchen well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated but the rest of the unit keeps its old school charm. Noticed lightbulbs were out and water dispensed from fridge wasn’t not working. I only made note of this to the owner and it was fixed immediately. The price point for our October 11-18, 2025 stay was excellent. The unit is dog……

“The overall condition of the house was great. The only disappointment was that there was a sand dune directly in front of us impeding our view. I would recommend also to get lighting by the driveway. Check in was later and we had absolutely no idea which building as it was 730pm and dark. There is an absolute eye sore blocking the house from the road and at first we thought that was our place. ”
