“The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. “We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. “We stayed here for one night to break up a long drive, and overall it was a decent experience. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and gardens, and it looks like the host is continually improving and adding to the space. The room was clean and comfortable once we got settled. When we arrived, it appeared the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, but after reaching out to Steven, he responded immediately and had his housekeeper come take care of it right away. “The Red Ranch Inn is an older style motel from back in the day when the Catskills were the place to vacation. The motel has been updated and the property is well kept. I would have preferred a room towards the back of the property but had a room closest to Rt. 32 and the noise of the traffic. The pool was inviting but didn't get to try it out. “Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. The room had a home feeling to it which made for a comfortable stay. The location was safe, quiet and had lovely mountain side views. This location was close……
