“After staying at this hotel, I developed many red itchy bumps on my skin, which makes me feel that the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. I was very uncomfortable during my stay. In addition, I don’t think the pricing was fair. The listing stated that the charge for each dog should be £10 per night, but I was charged £20 per dog.”

“Room, restaurant / bar and staff were great.We had a late check-in and we’d notified the hotel ahead of time so everything went smoothly. Please note there’s no check-in after 10p though so plan accordingly. The food was top notch and the location is central to a lot of great spots in the Highlands. Pitlochry is a nice stop too when coming up from Edinburgh. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to bad weather that knocked out power. We stayed through the first night with no issue but the……

“The problem during our stay is the noise coming from the water tap of the shower, every time you turn on the water will have a very high pitch loud sound, not only from our bath room but also from the room next to you. The sound proof between rooms are also bad, you can easily hear people speaking in their room next to you.”

“In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet. ”

“Minimal but beautifully decorated and large room with great view. Continental breakfast included which we greatly appreciated. Easy check in and checkout process. They even thought of earplugs if you need it. One of my stays in Scotland so far. Truly felt like home away from home.”

“It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked. ”
