The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a TV in every room is always a plus for us, especially when they’re easy to operate which all the TVs were. I love the decor in every room as well, and couches and beds are so comfy! Can’t wait to book another stay!”

We loved the many hiking trails and beautiful scenery of this portion of TN, which gives you the benefits of the Smokeys without the human congestion that you find at the national park. Captain Dave was a wonderful host.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the yellow tea cup cottage. The horses surrounding the property were a huge hit for our kids, lots of space for our dog to run, and the sounds of chickens next door was perfect. The house is well appointed/decorated and provides everything you need - bathroom products, plenty of cleaning supplies, and fully stocked kitchen. Only downside was it’s not close to any conveniences (grocery store, etc) and it’s on the flight path. But for us, it was totally worth it!”

“We stayed here with our family of 6 (4 kids, ages 8-16 & 2 adults), and there was more than enough room! We had plenty of room, the accommodations were so nicely appointed, and the house had everything we needed. With 4 kids (and one of them falling into a creek on one of our hikes, lol), the washer and dryer were great to have, and we all enjoyed the fire pit across the street on the water where we roasted marshmallows and hot dogs for dinner one evening. Great trip, great house, clean……
