“Nice and clean but no iron. Or coffee pot”

“Wingate in Jackson, TN is in a convenient location and is a new building but shares the building with Hawthorne Extended Stay( also by Wyndam). The grounds could be kept nicer, especially their dog walk area which had bags and waste container but long weeds. Once in the hotel, the rooms and bathrooms were great with comfortable beds and bedding plus alot of fluffy, white towels. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, but there is a coffee maker. The breakfast buffet was very good……

“First this was the second time the desk clerk tried to charge me twice. Third party is not appreciated I don’t think you want to wait because your staff is new working the front desk holding my money for one second. Sunday I was gone all day coming back to the room to an open door, I could tell the maid had been in the room because towels had been refreshed. The couch pull out bed had trash popcorn and what ever was left in the room for me. Thanks for the experience. Sorry isn’t acceptable in my……

“Every thing and every one was wonderful from the time I walked through the door at check in until I checked out. Definitely plan to book my next stay here!”

“Convenient area. Easy access to amenities. I liked the small kitchen and the living room. Dishwasher was kinda loud, so maybe don't run that before bed. They don't give you a small sponge or dish soap for pots and pans and countertops. That's annoying. Bathroom towels were plenty soft, but they cover you with lint. ”

“Parking lot was a mess. Management should have at Least put salt down to melt the ice. It was super dangerous to walk to your car. ”

“The rooms are not clean. We made a reservation for a non smoking room. Every door down the hallway had no smoking signs but we clearly smelled smoke down the entire hallway. We found a flea in one bed along with dirt. Another bed had sheets and a mattress topper that had been soiled by bodily fluids. The tub was also dirty.We went to the host and asked for a clean room. He went to check out our room and downplayed all of the things we pointed out that needed cleaning. He then offers to show us……

“The room is pretty clean. The bed is very big and comfortable. Whole hotel has pets smelling. That’s not good.”
