“This property is very cute and the staff were super accommodating. The downsides though are that there is no access to the docks directly outside the rooms which I found quite sad, there is a small beach for water access which is convenient it’s just not very convenient if you rent kayaks and have to lug them all the way over. Another downside is not every room has a kitchen which my husband and I didn’t realize before booking, so we made due with the microwave and toaster. When we first arrived……

“This ain't the Ritz, so if that's what you're looking for, keep looking. The place is clean. The office staff is helpful. The place is dated. Amenities? A/C, fridge, microwave and in room coffee, iron and hair dryer. More than I needed and the price was right. I did extend by 1 night and the price doubled, but it was ok. Several bar/eateries in walking distance. I would go back.”

“Pools were not maintained supposed to be heated and was not. One of the hot tubs was ice cold. One of the outdoor pools were unusable with green water. The indoor outdoor pool was cold and full of pollen. This cement around the pool was all cracked and broken with large chunks missing with rugs over the cracks which I thought was a big hazard. “Clean and neat. Very convenient and close to the highway. My only complaint is that the bathroom is tiny, and the shower was a little janky. The curtain rod was mounted too low and kind of loose, so the shower curtain was partly underfoot in the tub, and the rod stuck way out over the toilet. Other than that, everything was great.”

“Property administration personnel was very rude and very short and unprofessional.
He could not explain any of the questions I had about the many documents he made me sign which is something I never had to do at any other hotels.
The hotel is Nit resort by far not.
The minimum expectation is welcoming and hospitality was great. The rooms were not that great process will be horrible.”
