“Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Nice location. Very lovely room. But the rest of the property was marginal. Some staff members were exceptionally kind. Others not. Breakfast was very disappointing (eggs and bacon were cold half an hour in and the breakfast room was dirty and very cold!). Not many offerings. I wouldn’t again. ”
