“Enos the gentleman at the front desk was great and very helpful! My room was very clean and cozy….This is a very charming and quirky hotel that feels more like a bed-and-breakfast… I stayed in the Dale Evans room, which is in the section of the hotel that has shared bathrooms and kitchen… There was no one else on my end that evening during the week so I had the kitchen and bathroom to myself. My room had a balcony right out the door overlooking the street which was very nice. It’s a busy street……

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……
