“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“Clearly this hotel has seen better days. Shabby chic is generous. Clearly run down, hair dryer power by reset electricity on the cord, bathroom sink dripped all night, ceiling fan in bedroom didn't work. However, coffee and maker very good and a mat in the tub. Clean and the young man on staff was exteeremly helpful.”
