“The room was cold, the door didnt close tight. The key card never worked even after a twn day stay. The gaurd, hasaan was extremely unprofessional. He asked for proof of stay and when produced he still was very unprofessional. Overall, wont be staying there again. ”

“Overall the place was VERY clean, some things not updated in the rooms, but better than others in the area. My trouble was with the overnight desk clerk. I went to my car & got locked outside around 4:30am. I went to try to ask the guy at the front desk to re-magnetize my key card because it wasn’t working. He completely ignored my request and asked if I had dogs in my room. My response, “yes I do”. He then started that I would be charged, I responded “Oh?” & asked the cost. He told me how much……

“I was very disappointed with my stay at Hilton. The service and overall experience did not meet expectations. The first night I tried to order dinner around 8:50pm, about 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. The first time I called I was transferred and no one answered. The second time I called, the phone was picked up and I was hung up on. I even texted the number that asks how your stay is going and explained the situation. They said someone would get back to me shortly, but no one ever did……

“Everything was great from valet parking to quick and easy check in. All staff very nice rooms very clean and comfortable. Very convenient location for attending a wild game”

“Very noisy. People yelling in the halls, walls definitely not sound proof. At 0200am someone was on the phone in the hall talking very loudly outside our room, called the front desk and they sent security up but the person continued to talk on the phone. The beds were hard. But great location for the MN Wild game & had a nice option for drinks before. ”
