“So I’m going to be 100% honest on this review.
The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor. The breakfast was soooo good! We were there for AAU games so we had a bunch of boys with……

“Hallways and stairways were a sauna. Heat was on way too high. Breakfast was ok. Need some fruit. Not sure why there were dinner potatoes and pulled pork out there. Would be better with some bacon or a breakfast sausage. Pool and hot tub wasnt open. We couldnt get a discount for not being able to use the gym, pool and hot tub. Wont stay here again. ”

“Mattresses were very hard. Some old stains on sheets & pillow cases, need to bleach better or toss away, disgusting. No hand soap in bathroom. Breakfast items served need help. Parking is adequate and well lighted. Safe area with some nice restaurants and shopping. ”

“It really is a nice hotel. The staff was kind and friendly and Erica is BAR NONE!!! She’s professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my entire stay even when I grew ancie about something!
As for the breakfast. Not the best for kosher eaters. They served pork the entire 5 days I was there except for one!! As well, children were touching the breads and muffins and then returning them!! Gross!! Parents were not monitoring them!!!
