“我不得不建议应该换掉这间酒店的管理团队，这是我住过的管理最差的一间Hampton Inn酒店。一是酒店的整洁程度很差，窗户玻璃很脏，有照片为证。二是酒店用品准备不齐备，shampoo一个人用完就空了。三是早餐很简陋，牛奶只有一种选择，肉饼质量很差。我相信在成本方面，hampton inn 所有的酒店应该是一样的，但是提供的服务和食物相差很大，这说明什么，只能说明管理团队比较懒，不太负责任。”

“Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, with high ceilings, a lovely kitchenette, and a very comfortable, well-designed space. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only issue I experienced was being briefly locked out of my room due to a debit card authorization issue. “We only stayed for one night, which was suitable for a brief visit. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in our room was out of order, requiring us to visit the lobby for hot water and drinking water. The bathroom was spacious and featured a modern shower. However, the toilet bowl had not been thoroughly cleaned for guests, as we noticed a small, faeces-like stain on the side of the bowl. ”
