“The accommodations were immaculate. My original booking wasn’t available so I was upgraded to a three bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment.Full kitchen with washer and dryer. There was a screened in patio facing the trees. Very private. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. Would definitely recommend and go back. ”

All beds were Very comfortable, even the bunkbeds, and the sofa-bed in the Living Room which isn't the pull-out type with a flimsey mattress, it folds down to connect the back to the seat and I slept there!The place was Very Clean, has a Fantastic Ocean View and Pool View below, and has plenty of towels, different shampoos, a quiet washer/dryer with laundry detergent, a coffee-maker with 2 types of coffee. "I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
