“Our stay was great specially because we were traveling with my whole family ages from 2 yrs old 4 yrs old 13 yrs old 17 yrs old and my husband and my kids loved it, my husband and I usually stay at Mia reef but it was so hard for them to get them to accommodate our family of 6 and plus it was way more pricey then ixchel all though they are not all inclusive with food it was ok for us because we liked going out and eating around the town. The place is really nice staff always greeted us, the……

“This place was so perfect!!! The breakfast was included and filling. You got plenty but if you want variety they have that as well. The loungers were comfy and plenty of them. The pool was a perfect cool dip after a hot beach day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gorgeous views of the sunset!!! Best Playa Norte location in my humble opinion!! The room was large with excellent AC and wifi. I'm getting over a health concern so being close to everything and no stairs was a bonus!! We had……

“Second half of trip here, moved from mid Island. Room was ok, pillows were awful! Staff helped if asked, nothing special but nothing simply wrong either. Crying & screaming kids were an issue. Not hotels fault but seriously an issue. Add barking dogs too. Lots of outside noises... It rained, small leak was dripping onto bedside table then hitting hubby in face, just weird. I don't know where we'll stay next but passing on this place. Cute courtyard area, small pool, loved finding the turtle.”

“Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my……

“La habitación muy reducida, con poco espacio y las cortinas de la ventana que dan hacia el pasillo no alcanzan a cubrir totalmente y con margen suficiente dicha ventana por lo que se alcanzan a ver los movimientos de las personas al interior de la habitación y más si tienes prendido el abanico de techo, lo que resta un poco de privacidad. Otro aspecto a considerar es que el A/A cuenta con un dispositivo adjunto con la llave de la habitación y solamente. funciona cuando estás dentro de ella.……
