"Their staff is always friendly and smiling when they greet you. We came down late for the breakfast time and they offered us some snacks anyway which was super nice of them. "

"The garbages were overflowing out front and had an awful smell. Someone had left a huge garbage bag and pizza boxes out by the elevator it was there during our entire stay. The air conditioner was so loud but if you didn’t have it on the room was so hot. There was so much trash and puke around the pool area. The video games they offered were all scratched up and kept glitching."

"The hotub was lukewarm and wasn't very clean. But the pool was nice for small children. "

"Paid for a balcony room, which was an additional fee. Got there and was told they had no king suites. So they gave me a 2 queen room. No towels, no trash lining, so soaps or make up cloths. There was hair in the rub and dust all over. I called front desk for towels they brought them the next morning. They told me to shower in the room next door. That room was a king suite. The room didn’t have a balcony. It looked like all the balcony rooms were being remodeled. "

"The rooms were clean, comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices."
