We checked in late at night planning for a three night stay. The lobby didn’t have accessible restrooms, the doors were chained closed. The stairs were flagged and chained off limits. Not like we needed to access these areas in the lobby but that’s concerning. Especially the lack of the restroom. We pull around to our room and the parking lot was iffy,……

“Loved the property overall, the history and charm were lovely. Our room was bottom level and felt very much like a basement. No windows directly to the outside. The bathroom could have used some updating even just cosmetic to make it feel cleaner. Being that we were there in a very quiet Sunday night, the hotel definitely was not full and I feel a nicer room could have been offered. I would stay again because of the location and price, but would ask for a second or third floor or courtyard……

“The suite was large and beautifully appointed. The food from the on-site restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. On the downside, the air conditioning in the living room portion of the suite did not cool (we reported it, but maintenance was not available). And the next morning, we discovered that the shower was broken. The handle to cut on the shower simply did not work so we were unable to have a shower that morning before traveling.”

“Room and hotel were clean and nice. My only complaint was the bar closing early on the night I stayed which I and several guests were there for a concert and all came back to the hotel and was going to get a drink or two at the hotel bar before going to our rooms but they closed. Just a disappointment because from what I know of Moxy hotels they are usually a more lively hotel with a social scene.”

“This seems like a new hotel next to an apartment complex so parking is tight and at a premium. If there's no space in the garage, you have to park across the street in a dirt lot. The hotel is nice enough but the AC in my room was weak and wasn't even on when I entered. It was about 80 degrees and took awhile to cool down. There was also a fly in there that I don't know how it got into an interior 3rd floor room. I looked for a continental breakfast in the morning but didn't see one. If i hadn't……
