“We had a bug infested room. The AC did not work well. Our key card died and we could not get in our room. There was visible mold in the air conditioner and around the room. The floor was rotted.”

The building and room entry systems were frequently dysfunctional, and, strangely, my room didn’t even have a headboard. The most serious issue, however, was the pervasive mildew or mold odor. Overall, I was profoundly disappointed with the facility.”

“The layout of the hotel is very inconvenient. There are no elevators to the rooms you have to take stairs. And it is an inside corridor hotel. It makes no sense.”
