"There really is something for just about everybody. My mom uses a walker and that wasn’t quite as user-friendly here. I would say the biggest problem with a walker, would be the elevator situation. It is a family waterpark so that means kids will run ahead regardless of who has been waiting. So there’s always a log jam at the elevator. Gets a little frustrating. My other critique would be the availability of sit down food choices. It would be great to see another restaurant. And lastly, the park is open from 8 to 10\. If you’re on time for a 4 PM check-in, by the time you get to the water it’s gonna be close to 5 PM which only gives you three hours. I guess the trade-off is supposed to be that when you check out you can still continue to use the park but for us that didn’t work out. It would be great to see the park hours perhaps being 9 to 9, something that’s more user-friendly. I’m surprised that more of us don’t protest or complain about the 4 PM check-in time. You’re paying a lot of money for only a portion of a day."

"Hotel is in a great locatoin in the city, putting you within walking distance of the parks, bars, restaurants, and other attractions. It's directly attached to the historic Arcade and it's beautiful, however the arcade appears to be mostly vacant with only a couple of restaurants and services inside. The hotel itself is decent but needs updating. Stained and snagged carpet, walls were knicked and scraped up, fixtures in the room coming out of the walls, one of our lights in the room didn't work, outlets were so worn they wouldn't hold phone chargers, etc. I would stay here again as it was "good enough" for the price, but it's not the best room in the world. "
