“Great location. Very disappointed with the upkeep of the rooms, hallways with peeling wallpaper, worn out furniture. We showed the check out clerk a picture of our sheets with a rip and ragged edges!!! She just said that shouldn't have happened and they are updating how was bad condition the hotel was in. Even when you use the public restrooms the soaps are empty, not all dryers work, and the auto open door does not work. Really poor management to have so many things not kept up to Westin……
