“Our stay at the Baymont was a disaster! Initially we were placed in a room that was adjacent to a service room that had ongoing noisy equipment, and needless to say, we weren’t going to get any sleep being in that room. We requested being moved to another room so that we could get some sleep after a long day driving on the road. By the next morning we had discovered room conditions that were shockingly disgusting. Summed up, areas around the room were covered in dust and filth that resembled……

“Parking lot had cars that were dented, scratched up & even a van that someone could’ve been living in Didn’t feel very safe Room was NoT clean or maintained Comforter had several stains NOT happy I changed hotels immediately ”

“Staff was amazing check-in and checkout was so simple. Amenities could've been a little bit better. The continental breakfast is a typical lower grade breakfast just muffins and bagels some of those ready to eat frozen sausage links, and what look like real eggs, but they look like they bought them already fried in frozen. They did keep it well stocked as someone was attentive and working the area at all times they did have a small selection of fresh fruit, apples, and banana, bananas and……

“Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy ”

“The hotel was clean and quiet. The issue with our stay was that we needed a cot and before the booking, they had clearly stated they offered cops for free. Again after booking, I read that kites were free upon request. We needed a cot as our children do not sleep well together. The manager on duty told me that they do not give out air mattresses anymore because it is a fire code violation. I did not ask for an air mattress, I asked for a cot. Apparently the hotel needs to figure out its policies……
