“Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. ”

“Very clean and elegant. Excellent staff, very friendly and eager to accommodate. Breakfast was great, with traditional and healthy options (bacon & eggs, yogurt & Granola, fresh juices, etc). Rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with exposed brick exterior and high ceilings. Shower was amazing with high pressure. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. I would certainly visit again. ”

The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!”

“The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.”

“The apartment was larger than I expected. It was nice to have the area at the end to have a glass of wine looking over the rooftops. It was all clean and tidy. The steps were a bit of a killer, especially with the suitcase, but we only had to do that once. It gave us nice views though. The location was great. Close to just about everything but, because you were four floors up, it seemed quiet.”
