“First time going to an Avid hotel and I would go again. I picked it because I saw all the good reviews involving cleanliness and it definitely was as described. Easy check in and very quiet. Safe location perfect for anyone looking for a good place to spend the night in.”

“My shower did not work. The switch from bath to shower was broken. My sheets and comforter were stained. My room neat but not deep cleaned. I did not trust that things were as clean as they should be. The breakfast was disappointing (given I have low expectations). Staff were fine and general spaces were well maintained”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
