“Clean room, extremely kind and courteous staff but check-in went a little awry. The valet had our luggage sitting for over an hour before delivering to our room, so we missed planned beach relaxation time before rushing to our dinner reservation at Geoffrey’s. It was as though the guests who checked-in after us were attended to and accommodated before we were as the lobby / check-in area were clear as we waited. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. We would just……

“The Beach House at Hermosa Beach was a is beautiful. Our room, on the third floor of the “East building,” felt like a beach cottage, with a simple but lovely layout including a deep tub, small kitchenette, fireplace and view of the beach from the sitting room and the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved getting up early and grabbing free freshly made coffee to bring back to our room. We didn’t eat the continental breakfast that was available but it looked fine. The coffee was……

Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. ”
