"Needs a few upgrades not what i expected "

"The hotel is in a desperate need of renovations; or at least change out material chairs, couches, etc for vinyl, etc. rugs in halls Stink; would never stay here again. The rating should have been a 2 star place; chairs outside by the pool are torn up; pool towels are dingy. "

"The rooms are basic, but extremely clean. The staff and food at the restaurant and bar were fabulous!"

"Don't stay here unless you are an extremely deep sleeper. For some reason when the doors open and close or flush the toilet it is extremely loud (even with blaring white noise it woke us up every night multiple times). They also never cleaned our room even when we asked them to 3 times. Lastly we had a queen bed on a king bed frame which wasn't great. "

"Enjoyed the stay at the hotel and speculate appreciate the housekeeping service thigh was a bit disappointed with the service during the breakfast hours missing essential menu items over multiple days, not expected at a property which is overall pretty nice, well kept and well managed "

"The pictures were definitely generous. It was fine, but the air conditioner was really loud and really cold so it would kick on loudly, and ice the room out basically every few minutes. There was no in between. Also, during a rain storm, we wanted to relax in the room and wait out the storm, but there was really loud construction going on basically right next door. It was impossible to relax. On top of that, basically every night, drunk kids would run down the hallways. Some of the outlets didn’t work and the fixtures were hanging off the wall. We had a “city view” which meant our balcony was over an alley, above a dumpster and we could hear the loud disposal of heavy trash bags being thrown into those dumpsters at night when we weren’t hearing drunk people yelling at each other on neighboring balconies. It just wasn’t what I was expecting for the price. The staff was absolutely lovely and it was very clean, but I wouldn’t stay there again. "
