The property was fully stocked with more than I ever needed, it was nice not having to worry about buying spices, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, & towels. The host was more than accommodating.Plenty of Parking and close to convenient stores and a couple restaurants.The property could get a little noisy at times but nothing for extended periods of time or wasn't handled immediately.5 star stay for me”

“The Hotel was clean. Staff was very accommodating. The Hotel did what was intended. No frills. I got the sleep/ rest I needed in a safe environment. Remember, U use a communal bathroom and the rooms are small. Right across from the Hudson River Walk.”

"Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining."
