“The tv in our room didn’t work the first few nights. We had to have maintenance come and fix it. The bathroom was extremely dirty. No one ever came to clean our room when we asked for it. We also asked for new towels and were given just one. We put drinks in the mini fridge and there was a brown slimy thing in the back. It looked like poop but we weren’t sure.”
