“Okay hotel. Front desk staff was very nice and decent breakfast. Hotel seemed a little run down. They were in the midst of remodeling, so that wasn’t very pleasant to walk past. But hopefully after the updating it will help with the outdated feel of the place. Great location. ”

“Lovely well equipped place. Beautiful view and great restaurant downstairs. For some reason the shower didn’t have much hot water, although taps did. Management said they would look at it. ”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“No hot breakfast some dry bagels with jelly and oatmeal packets. Heated pool was freezing and dirty. The shower was dirty.”

“Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot.”
