“We were looking for a comfortable, peaceful home to share quality time during our father’s wake. Suggestions I would make would be to do upgrades. The furniture and fixtures were run down and cheap. The bed frames were scratched up and the chairs in the bedrooms were old office chairs. The air conditioning was horrible, never getting below 76, so we were thankful for the fans. The outdoor chairs were cheap and uncomfortable, which was unfortunate as we spent a lot of time on the back porch. The……

“They aesthetic of the property was nice. The bedroom definitely needs a new mattress, as it deeps a lot in the middle of the mattress. It made sleep uncomfortable. ”
