“The unit was sparkling, clean and comfortable, but we were disappointed that the promised swimming pool was being renovated, and that the walk to the lake was at least a mile if not more.Our other suggestion is that the host have an info sheet in the unit with directions to the backup pool, local places to eat and the lake”

“I took a shower yesterday morning and there was not hot but warm water, I told my wife to hold off maybe hot water would come in, never did. Place was clean and ready to stay. My only issue was the shower problem. ”

“I would definitely visit the resort again, but would not stay in the same building or use this host. I never got an email with checkin instructions. I tried calling the host several time and went straight to voicemail every time. Finally had to call VRBO to get in. The heat in the hallway was fill blast on the entire stay with no way to turn it off. June is not a time to have the heat blaring. The condo was clean and comfortable, but the whole checkin and not being able to contact the host is……

“The condo was perfect for our needs (a couple on a short visit). The location afforded quick access to the four locations we visited while in the Basye area. It was quiet but central to most activities. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed (except that a bit of coffee for the coffeemaker and some small shampoos would have been nice to get us started while we figured out what we needed from the store). Everything worked great and the place was very comfortable.”
