"The only issue we had was that we booked a 2 Queen bed room and we only had one King bed. It wasn't what we paid for and the hotel said that the 3rd party site we used (Hotels.com), did not know their inventory when booking so they offered something they didn't have. That part was disappointing, but everything else about the hotel and area was good."

"Check In was terrible. Put us in a wrong room that was booked. Has issues with keys to room. Evidently going home was more important than assisting guest. Finally had another front desk staff understand what I booked. Check in room. Carpet was worn out with big hole in it, human feces all over by toilet. Was exhausted and sucked it up. Kids running through all banging on doors. Woke up from sound sleep. Went to desk. They could have cared less. If you want rest as needed when on a business trip STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!"

"Kitchen had what was needed. Had reservations for 2 beds only had 1 bed and sleeper sofa. Other than that everything was good 👍 "

"My stay was wonderful. The staff at checkin were polite and helpful. The woman at checkout (who was training when I checked in) was absolutely amazing. I wish I had gotten her name because she was very personable while dealing with three things at once. The room itself was very comfortable and roomy. While there were a lot of people coming through and sitting in the lobby at different times of the evening, they seemed to be at least tied to the hotel to some degree and not random stragglers. Breakfast was...adequate. Whoever made the bacon must not like it (lol) and the eggs were probably powdered, but everything else was fine. I would definitely stay here again and maybe just peek at breakfast before deciding whether or not to McGriddle it."

"The breakfast menu was fresh every morning the room was extra clean really enjoyed our stay we will return again the staff is wonderful."

"Property is not well kept. Trash overflowing garbage cans. Signficant stains in hallway and room carpeting. Draperies torn and mechanisms broken. Debris on carpeting in room. Sparse furnishings and kitchenware. It is close to shopping."
