“I really wanted to like this boutique hotel—the decor was stylish, the room had a great vibe, and the location was convenient. On the surface, it checks a lot of boxes. However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. While a contact number was provided, it took two full days—after we had already checked out—to receive a response. That’s not just inconvenient; it makes it impossible to resolve even……

“Clean room & good staff. I liked the location, but some people may not like the trains going by. My only complaint was the noise from the room Nextdoor. The connecting door although closed and locked did not block the voices from next door. Also the heat/air was very loud. The view was great and the beds super comfy. ”

“Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”

“Things to note: -had difficulty getting into front door with my code - had to call multiple times -original room smelled like mildew and bed was uncomfortable However: -customer service was 100/10. Replied at 2am/all others of the day -they were able to switch me to a newer room, that did not feel as uncomfortable -very conveniently located -price was very reasonable Overall, I would probably shell out a bit more to stay in a comfortable clean place that did not give me issues with getting……
