“Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. ”

“The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.”

“The room condition in F2 is poor. There are lots of holes in the curtains of my room. The freezer door is broken. The carpet is dirty, and the wallpaper in my room and the walkway are also in terrible condition.”

“We were very happy with the cleanliness of the room we were assigned. The television is very difficult to operate. The night staff lady came to make the tv to work. As soon as we changed to a different channel we ended up with the same problem. You have to be a certified techy to make any headway to watch some television. \The staff was great during registration. Don't know of any kitchen on the premises . Parking is extremely difficult on this property. They are really skimping on land for the……
