“Wonderful place to stay, old building with lots of character. Rooms were spaceous. Lake was right there. There was a concert that evening but it was not too loud and was finished by 10pm and we were able to sleep. The restaurant was a good place to grab dinner. Staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating, we had a special request and they really helped us out. Our room fit 5 comfortably - 2 large beds and a twin size bed.”

“Mildew overpowered the room. Small and cramped. But with a view of the lake when curtains are open.”

“Very noisy hotel! The bed frames were totally made of metal. Sounded like crawling in and out of a dumpster when getting into bed. Motel is next to an on/off ramp. Also very close to railroad tracks.. Bring earplugs. Continental breakfast was lacking. No hot food, generic cereal and weak coffee.”

“Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town.”

“The room was neat and comfortable. We only stayed the one night and left early the next day. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but was quiet and no one on the streets.”

“This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!”
