“Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como.”

“Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! ”

“The property itself was nice with a solid view of the lake. I had thought the property was on the lake side, but it’s actually across the street. Nevertheless, the views of the lake were still good. The unit was a more modern unit with good AC, plenty of space and multiple balconies. The only real issue I had was the listed address is completely wrong so it took some detective work to figure out exactly where the property was located, which was a pain as it required us to turn around on the……

“Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. ”

“We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. “Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. ”

“The view made our stay here so worth it. Quiet, peaceful, and amazing. We only got a peek of the sunrises (the weather was quite foggy) but even then it was magnificent. Keep in mind, I would only recommend this place if you have a car OR if you are quite fit/active. We arrived by ferry and carried our suitcases all the way up, which was quite the workout.
