"I loved the modern design and layout of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was spacious and spotless with a large shower and high-end toiletries provided. The property also had excellent facilities. The fitness center was well-equipped and the pool area was beautiful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The restaurant on-site served delicious food and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was also very convenient with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. I appreciated the free parking and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. "Our overall experience was fine. The proximity to the terminal was superb. Excellent restaurant and front desk. Major problem for us was getting large suitcases down to the elevators for the room and even worse, back up the next morning. The ADA elevator took us to a broom closet that the door required a magnetic card. "

"Great location if you’re your event is at the convention center. Quick Uber/lyft rides to and from the hotel to popular Houston spots. Breakfast was great! And the customer service was amazing from all staff. "
