“- there was no welcome sign or any indication of where the office or reception was - the room with the front desk/check in was very unwelcoming with a big room on the side piled with lumber and obviously under construction - when I asked if someone could clean up the garbage on the walkway in front of my room, I was told it would have to wait until the next morning; I said NO, I want the used condom cleaned up NOW!!
