“There was mold on the shower curtain and mold stains on the walls/ ceiling, room hadn’t been vacuumed/ cleaned when we checked in and the baseboards with caked with grime so the room hadn’t been well cleaned in a while (if ever). We did bring this to their attention and they sent someone in to clean, but after this the room smelled like pee and my brother found little black hairs through their bed. We requested our money back and left early”

“This is a Choice hotel acquired site. Slight smell of mold. Breakfast served in the Choice hotel brief 2 min walk across parking lot. It was an modest site with easy and quick access to ferry.”

“This property was bot very clean. The tub in my mother's room filled up with water while she showered and she stood in 2 inches of water while showering. Workers began working on the personal room balconies with ladders at a very early hour waking us all up without notice that this would be taking place. The pool and jacuzzi water were not clean and lots of sand were at the bottom of both amenities. The jacuzzi gave me and my 16 year old daughter rashes on the face and legs. The sheets on the……
