“We have stayed there 5 or 6 times in the past. The first time we stayed there under the new ownership it was during that COVID MASK baloney, but it was noticeable how much effort they were putting into the place to make updates and new furniture, etc and how clean it was. We stayed in room 105 and noticed the tub/shower was needing a repair because in was like walking on a waterbed and very dangerous to keep your balance in it. Other than that it's a good place to stay.”

“The one bedroom unit was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location close to Mashpee Commons, South Cape Beach and an easy drive to Falmouth or Hyannis. The reason for a 3 star review is the rooms and pool area need updating. The bed is not very comfortable and the couch was sagging. The bathroom doors did not shut completely which minimized privacy. The property needs to be maintained better.”

“The "resort" was clean. The pool and beach were nice. The loft that the kids had had a living room with a TV. The adult area was a master bedroom with a private bath. The master bedroom was small that the bed took up so much room there was no room for a night table. I had to put my CPAP on top of a narrow garbage can that I brought in from the kitchen. We had a kitchen and off to the side of the kitchen was the jacuzzi, but NO door or curtain for privacy. You can have breakfast with full……

“We really appreciated our stay. We recommend this place, but we have a few comments about the amenities. The place was clean, the beds are comfortable, the house is vast. There is plenty of place if your are 6 people. The location is good, with shops and groceries about 10 minutes afar. The check-in is a self check-in, with a code to enter the house. The communication with the hosts was OK, with answers to our questions hours later, by text. The place is looking good but a bit empty inside.……

“We were so pleasantly surprised on how wonderful the house was when we arrived. I have to admit, I missed an email regarding the combination lock. The owner saw us arrive on her camera and was able to get us into the house. Inside the house, it is set up so perfectly. Everything we needed was supplied from kitchen supplies, games, washer and dryer, and beach equipment. There were 6 of us and we were so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. “I wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Maybe forever. Fantastic location, situated just a block from the Sound, a short drive to Hyannis, but surprisingly quiet. The house was spotless, and nicely appointed. Everything you could possibly need was right there. Communications with the rental rep was instantaneous and friendly (thank you, Jana!). The only suggestion would be some room darkening shades - not everyone is prepared for how early the sun rises on the Cape. :)”
