"We enjoyed our stay at the Concord Cottage very much. The house was exactly as pictured. I would definitely give it 5 stars. The only suggestion I would make is a TV in the family room for those unable to climb the stairs. The birds that had built a nest in the wreath on the door were an added surprise when they flew into the house when I opened the door. It took a while, but we were able to catch and release them back outside. I would definitely stay again when I return to TN."

"6 of us stayed at the house to visit family in nearby Castalian Springs . We took a day trip to Nashville and a night trip there the next day. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub, the home was clean and spacious. Owner was helpful and kind. We saw lots of deer on the property and enjoyed being near family for a short visit. "Hubby and I absolutely loved this adorable private, comfortable guesthouse and charming, low-key neighborhood! We’re so glad we stayed here vs the craziness of downtown Nashville; we walked to amazing restaurants, bars with live music, and shops daily, and had only a short Uber ride into downtown. Shane, Kate, & Cooper were also the best hosts— kind, accommodating, and detailed. We highly recommend staying here!!!"

"Loved this property, so peaceful. the attention to detail with welcome goodies and the dog stuff, we did not bring our dog this time but I would definitely bring him, he would love the chance to swim. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. The location was great, close enough to drive into Nashville and also attended event at the Super Speedway. "The place was immaculate! Everything you need is provided. It is 5 minutes from downtown. Finding the parking area is a little tricky but it's perfect. If I ever visit Nashville again I will definitely try and get this place again."

"The property is not fit to be a vacation rental. There is an extremely busy freeway right next to the property, and there is absolutlely no noise suppression. Their solution is to put buckets of earplugs and sound machines in each room. We had a week stay and I asked after night 1 if we could check out after night 2, and get a partial refund for the remainder. After being passed around to multiple people they refused, so we were forced to spend our vacation in that environment. There was also...

"What an amazing property! The pictures certainly didn't do it justice. When we first got there, we were blown away by how beautiful it was. And the welcoming committee (Vandy!) made the experience even more awesome. The hosts were wonderful, and very friendly and welcoming. They certainly made us feel special while we were staying there. The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. Opryland was a stone's throw away, and the Two Rivers Park was beautiful for a nice stroll....
