"This place was amazing. This was a picked based on location to Mt Fuji and nothing else. Due to other factors , visiting around Hakone and other places closer to Mt Fuji didn’t occur, but we found other gems. My wife and I loved it and so did the kids. The windie road getting there, was interesting, but really just another part of the fun. Thank you so much. We hope to come back again some day."

"暗くなってからの到着でBBQをする場所が分からなかったが、朝明るくなってから外を見ると、建物左側に下に降りる階段があり、そこにBBQスペースがありました。 食器類は揃っていますが、箸は木製なので気になる方は割り箸等持参が良いと思います。食器を洗うスポンジも前の人が使った物を再利用です。歯ブラシは個包装で有りましたが、歯磨き粉は前の人たちと共有の物しか有りません。ボディースポンジもなく、前の人たちと共有のネットタイプの物がありました。脱衣所には着替え等を置く台やカゴは有りません。湯船は追焚き機能は無いので人数が多いと最後の方の人はぬるいお湯になってしまうので注意が必要です。 私は心配性で少し潔癖な所が有るので、上記の事が気になり持参していましたが、気にならない方ならアメニティは全て揃っています。 飲み物などは水道水以外は有りません。山道をグルグル回って行く場所で、近くにコンビニ、スーパー、自販機は無いので、行く前に必要なものを揃えて行くと良いと思います。 今までに泊まった犬が粗相したのか、家の犬も反応してしまい、同じ場所に何度もマーキングしそうになり阻止に苦労しました。"

"キッチンには、食器やなべ、フライパン、ホットプレート、炊飯器などが揃っていて、助かりました。 今回は利用できませんでしたが、外でのバーベキューも楽しかっただろうなと思います。 ツリーハウスは、子供のお気に入りで、 木の香りがして、この中で寝るとよく眠れる言っていました。 おおむね満足ですが、山の中なので夏場でも洗濯物が乾きにくく、乾燥機がないのが 残念でした。"

"喜喜哀楽さんは宇佐美海岸から徒歩2.3分の所にあるゲストハウスで、とっても人柄の良い若いご夫婦さんがオーナーです。フロントは、古道具に囲まれた昭和レトロな空間。壁には、キャンディーズや百恵ちゃんの写真が飾っています。ノスタルジックな雰囲気が落ち着きます。 お部屋は、とっても広くて2DKの広さに，なんとお部屋内に温泉付き。これには驚きました。源泉掛け流しの温泉♨️がお部屋にあるなんて スイートルームだと思います。ところどころに，オーナーさんの創意工夫が施されていて 使い勝手が良かったです。旅の話し、海の話し（オーナーさんサーファー🏄‍♂️)台湾の話し（奥様台湾の方)ができて楽しかったです。夕方は宇佐美海岸までサンセットを見に行ったり、宇佐美の街中を歩いたりして少しジモティ気分を味わいました。宇佐美はのんびりできて、それが心地良かったです。おひとり様、女子旅、カップル、ファミリー、少人数で楽しむにはもってこいのお宿です。お世話になりました。"

"2008号室のオーシャンビューのお部屋に泊まりました。 眺めが良く、ちょうど河津桜が咲いていました。 チェックインはスマホで完了し、暗証番号でお部屋に入ることができ、わかりやすかったです。 周辺は特にお店もないので、事前の買い出しが不可欠です。 赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、ダブルサイズのベッドで添い寝ができました。ただし、ベッドの間は隙間があるので、枕でギャップを埋めました。 備え付けの有料コーヒーが特に美味しかったです。"

"The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. "The property is beautiful, private balcony with private onsen were AMAZING! Room was comfortable and well laid out. That part is definitely a 5\*. The staff were friendly, mostly helpful, but not so much if you got there early. They did take your stuff, but didn't help with directions on how to catch the bus or where to walk. The food is where this property lost a star (I'd give it a 3, maybe upper 2). The dining area is beautiful and peaceful. The actual food needs some work. The first course was set out 10 min early and was meant to be warm, we arrived on time and it was cold. They proceeded to bring out each course in rapid succession and we had a ton of food in front of us. Not a proper kaiseki meal. As we dug in the food was ok, how they managed dry fish in soup is beyond me. I'd stay here again - but would skip the food and enjoy it in town instead. One other note - if you stay here know its at least 30min away from the lake and the majority of the Hakone Loop. So I'd suggest accounting for that in your time planning. "

"Close to Atami Station, so easy to access trains, busses, taxis and shopping. Not as many amenities as a more expensive hotel, but they supply everything you need and there’s a Family Mart one block away. The staff are lovely and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is small by North American standards, but I enjoyed it very much. This is a great, affordable Japanese hotel in a small onsen town. It was better than I expected at this price point. Two thumbs up! PS Don’t skip the Atami pudding in town, it’s worth waiting in line."
