"Upside is that breakfast was included. Dinner menu was limited in choice. There were no lighter options. For example; salad, charcuterie board. The gardens and view are spectacular. The walls are surprisingly thin. I could clearly hear people’s conversations as well other activities. Air conditioning was working well which was appreciated during the warm days. Shuttle service has 2 drops off locations. Michael Angelo (great sunset) and the second location brings you within 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Bring good walking shoes ! "

"Absolutely fantastic staff, simply brilliant! Silly Italian police came to the room to tell me off for sitting on the balcony but that was not the hotels fault! The staff, the room, the bed, the shower and the cleanliness were all absolutely 100%. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"Great place. Wonderful front desk staff. Location close enough to the tourist area, but far enough to be quiet. Renovated rooms. Clean. Great breakfast. Unfortunately we got a small room and not much space for our large luggage. I would stay here again and get a bigger room. "
