The room I stayed in I was given a free book and lovely lotion (150mL which I used everyday during my stay). I would love to hear again next time I visit Florence!"

The front desk people with special mention to Lorenzo, who did an extra mile to search for me at the square amongst the crowd, just to inform me updates on the store he recommended to check regarding my inquiries on certain products whilst at the front desk. They also presented me a birthday champagne. The hotel is a vintage 17th century building which was formerly a castle built in 1450. "
