"We’ve stayed here before and love the proximity to fishing spots. This was the first time it wasn’t really clean, there was visible clumps of dust in just about every room. I didn’t reach out, since we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. But if you have allergies or asthma I’d be mindful of the current condition of the property."

The fireplace and A/C worked well. The WiFi does not work. There is a larger house and this place is an apartment/cabin over the detached garage. "Great little house on the water. Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a weekend getaway close to dillsboro and sylva. The only bad part about the hunt is the driveway location. Your view is blocked both ways so pulling into the road is a little difficult but manageable."

"We visit the Smoky Mountain National Park often and this was our first time staying on the North Carolina side of the park. Our family really enjoyed the cabin as it was close to Bryson City for groceries and food but still felt secluded. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We were a little uncertain of our kids sleeping on the other side of the porch/breezeway but it worked fine and they enjoyed it. We were also close to Cherokee where we did plenty of shopping too. "Nice home in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient to Cashiers and many hiking trails in the area. The screened porch was our favorite as most time was spent there. House was well equipped for cooking and found the house to be clean upon arrival. The front entrance was a little tricky getting into, as the door handle seemed to be broken; however after a few minutes we were able to figure it out."

"Everything looks just like the photos. The home was very clean. Even though there really isn't much of a view in summer, the porch/deck was my favorite place...sitting in the rockers and eating at the table. We did not get into the hot tub but we all want to stay here again and hope to try it out! The neighborhood was pretty quiet as well but you are super close to everything downtown Maggie Valley! We would definitely come back!"

"Beautiful views and cottage. Cottage is as described online. We had a wonderful time even with the across the street very loud neighbors. Beware: The road past the gate and driveway to cottage are in bad shape. If you do not drive an AWD/FWD SUV vehicle you may get stuck if raining or snow."
