“Great location just outside pigeon forge so it makes it easy to get in and out without dealing with too much traffic. Staff was friendly and with it being a newer hotel everything is brand new. ”

“We chose this hotel based on the high ratings, and at first, we were a bit surprised , the place seemed a little unusual or even strange at first glance. But as time went on, we discovered a charming place with a unique atmosphere, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the meals were tasty, and the overall vibe was calm and pleasant. We're so glad we gave this place a chance the experience exceeded all our expectations. “We chose Arbors because our regular motel was booked. We had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My husband enjoyed fishing even though he did not catch anything. The only concern I had was that the included breakfast was offsite in a restaurant. I did not realize this when I booked the room through Hotels.com. However, the staff made sure that breakfast worked out for my family's situation.”
